Delivery Information / Terms

If you require a faster shipping method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, please contact us before 1pm and we will make the necessary arrangements.

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in the timescales shown in the below table. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days in the UK and 15 days overseas please contact us.

Standard deliveries to the Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days to Northern Ireland and 5-8 working days to the Highlands and Islands. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland and 10 working days for delivery to the Highlands and Islands.

 

International Delivery For all international countries we aim to deliver within 3-7 working days for Europe and 6-20 working days for Rest of World, following the date your order is placed.

UK Bank Holidays (if applicable) Please allow an extra working day for standard deliveries. Please note bank holidays will not be available as delivery days for next day delivery.

Please allow 5 working days in the UK or 15 days overseas before querying your order.

RETURNS POLICY

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure you return the goods in their original condition. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with no marks, scent or damage and with all original tags still attached. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). Order cancellations/returns must be made in writing to Customer Services using the returns form available on this page and quoting your order number, name and address. In this case, we will provide a full refund minus the cost of the postage once the cancelled/returned goods are delivered back to us. Items are returned at the customers risk so we recommend recorded delivery. Cancelled/returned items lost in the post are the customer’s responsibility. When the full refund is given by Wingzfashion this includes the cost of the item minus the cost of the postage paid on the order. Return postage is not covered by Wingz and must be paid by the customer returning the goods.
